S9asia Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the s9asia platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using our services. These Terms take effect from the date you first register or access the platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the s9asia platform — whether via web browser or Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the entirety of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the s9asia platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to you.
- Each account belongs exclusively to the individual who registered it and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of s9asia services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
Registration Requirements
- Only one account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- Information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and phone number — must be accurate and match a valid form of identification.
- S9asia reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time prior to processing a withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected.
Security Responsibilities
- You must notify s9asia support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- S9asia will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
3 Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
All s9asia platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. Violation of any of the following rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Providing false information, stealing another person's identity, or impersonating someone else during registration or transactions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or placing bets that undermine the integrity of the platform through collusion or other illegitimate means.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways that contradict the stated terms — including creating multiple accounts solely to claim bonus offers.
- Using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your actual location for purposes prohibited under these Terms.
- Distributing harmful or threatening content, or harassing other users through any communication channel on the platform.
S9asia reserves the right to investigate, freeze funds, suspend, or close the account of any user suspected of engaging in activities that violate these rules.
4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the s9asia platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion or additional fees are charged by the platform for standard deposits.
Deposit
- The minimum deposit is RM20 for most available payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking options listed on the platform.
- All deposits are processed in real time and credits typically appear in your account within minutes of a successful payment confirmation.
- S9asia does not accept cash deposits, international wire transfers, or any payment method not listed on the platform.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your s9asia account.
- S9asia reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or for accounts that have not completed the full verification process.
- Withdrawal processing times are between 1–3 business days for standard accounts, and faster for Platinum and Elite VIP members.
- Funds obtained through methods that violate these Terms may be forfeited without notice.
5 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The s9asia platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, s9asia does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unexpected downtime. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control.
S9asia is not liable for any loss of account access or funds resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials, or from using a public device to access the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the s9asia platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of s9asia or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The s9asia platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party service providers, such as game software providers and payment processors. s9asia is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
6 Account Policy, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
S9asia reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a relevant authority. In cases of legitimate closure, any unused credit balance will be returned to the original deposit method once the investigation is complete, subject to compliance requirements.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the s9asia support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
Amendments to These Terms
S9asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the s9asia platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter shall be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
